Information we collect

Contact details you submit: name, work email, website, goals, services of interest, budget, and message.
Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs generated by our hosting provider.
Usage data collected through Google Analytics: pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and when a contact form is submitted. The contents of the form are not sent to Google Analytics.

How we use information

Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
Evaluate potential engagements and deliver services if you become a client.
Maintain site security, prevent abuse, and improve site performance.
Understand how visitors find and use the site, in aggregate, so we can improve its content and measure our marketing.

Consent: when you submit a form or request information.
Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve our website and business.
Consent: for analytics cookies, where the law requires it (including the UK, EU and EEA).
Performance of a contract: if we engage with you as a client.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our website and communications. This includes hosting and infrastructure providers such as Vercel, Resend, which delivers the details you submit through our forms to our inbox by email, and Google LLC, which provides Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions:

_ga: distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
_ga_<container-id>: keeps track of your current session. Expires after 2 years.

These cookies report usage in aggregate. They do not tell us who you are, and we do not use them for advertising. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Google processes this data as our service provider; you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We ask for your choice with a cookie banner. Visitors in the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland get no analytics cookies unless they accept; elsewhere they are on unless you decline. Until you accept, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser.

You can also block or delete these cookies through your browser settings, or stop Google Analytics from collecting data on any website by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site works fully without them.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to respond to your request, provide services, or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights
